How should I package my return?

Please pack your shoes securely in the original shoe box. Then, place that shoe box inside a sturdy outer shipping box. It is very important that you do not use the original shoe box as the outer shipping box, as it can be damaged in transit and we cannot accept returns where the shoe box itself is damaged. Be sure to include your completed return form inside the package and affix the return shipping label to the outside.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return package arrives at our facility, our team will inspect the items to ensure they are in original, unworn condition. After the inspection is complete and the return is approved, we will process the refund back to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the credit to appear on your statement, as processing times can vary between financial institutions.
